We pride ourselves on providing top of line customer service and high quality hair! We ensure each bundle is inspected and cared for, before it ships out to you. However, if you have any issues and for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product(s) please contact us at Customercare@kingmehair.com.
Returns are not accepted on our products, but we are happy to exchange products or offer store credit within the first five (5) days of receiving your order.
All exchanges MUST BE AUTHORIZED before sending hair in, if hair is sent in and the exchange has not been authorized, the exchange will be void and returned to sender. Please email us at email@example.com to start the process.
You must exchange item with SIMILAR STYLE/ITEM. We can only warrant one exchange per order with 15% restocking fee charged on exchanges, IF the correct item was received.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange IF the correct item was received and there is no error on our part.
*We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure we safely receive your order! Once your exchange is RECEIVED, we then begin to process your replacement order, which can take up to 5 business days.
A TRACKING NUMBER IS MANDATORY for all exchanges. If you do not or cannot provide us a tracking number for proof of delivery, we are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has been loss, during shipment to us AND you do not have a tracking number, that issue must be taken up with your Local Post Office. We bear no responsibility for packages loss during shipment.
Ineligible Product Items not eligible for exchange are: Items received for more than 5 days of initial contact, Clearance items, Custom Orders and Item purchased with a discount code.
*Please remember our hair is virgin hair and because of that hair color varies and our hair is single drawn, We do not accept returns based on issues with length and hair color variation. Hair color differentiations can be due to computer monitors and phone screen lighting. We sell Kinky curly hair and the length is measured on stretched out hair.
*Any Product that has been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with, will not be eligible for an exchange. Please make sure you examine each bundle while it is still in the packaging.
King Me Wigs will not be accepted for return. Due to Federal Health Guidelines wigs cannot be returned, exchanges are only accepted under STRICT GUIDELINES & INSPECTION. Wig must be unopened, unaltered and untouched.
Please note that all U-part wigs are custom made thus they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
